Dr. Joseph Sebastian Thekedam was an Associate Professor of St. Berchmans' College, Changanacherry from 1990 to 2016.
He received his first Ph.D. in History from the University of Nagpur and his second Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Kerala. He holds master's degrees in Business Administration, Education, History and Philosophy, and an M.Phil. in Social Sciences.
He was a research guide of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam; Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (Management Studies) and M.S. University, Tirunelveli (Management Studies). He has published many articles in professional, national and international journals.
